The Mercedes Benz Fashion Week is always a total eye candy as the very best of South Africa’s design talents battle it out for maximum press coverage and ultimately the buyers’ attention, and today, the first day of the 2016 edition, only a few things albeit designs really did it for our insatiable fashion and style buds. Marianne Fassler was indeed in a league of her own as she schooled everyone today on how to manipulate prints, layering, mix-matching, leather and velvet to one’s advantage.
